Randolph W. Pinna

President, Chief Executive Officer
Chairman of the Board of Currency Exchange International

Mr. Pinna was appointed the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of CXI when it began operating in October 2007. From 1989 to 2003, Mr. Pinna was President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Foreign Currency Exchange Corp., and remained in this role after the friendly acquisition by Bank of Ireland Group until October of 2007. Mr. Pinna was responsible for the growth of Foreign Currency Exchange Corp from a small, one-location operation in Tampa Bay, Florida, to being a multinational publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 30,000 customer and client bank locations.

At Bank of Ireland Group, Mr. Pinna was tested and promoted to being Chief Executive Officer for Bank of Ireland's North American Foreign Exchange Business and was one of the five executives on Bank of Ireland's US Supervisory committee. In this role, he was involved in all aspects of the five businesses of Bank of Ireland in North America, which included the Asset Management division in Toronto, the lending unit in Santa Monica, the Bank of Ireland branch in Connecticut, the foreign exchange business based in Florida, and the accounting unit in Delaware. In his supervisory role, he was heavily involved with all aspects of compliance with various state and federal regulators as well as the Bank of Ireland internal audit and risk management departments.

Having graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a focus on International Business, Mr. Pinna has over 25 years of experience in international banking with an emphasis on foreign exchange.


Stacey Prakash

Senior Vice President

Ms. Prakash is Senior Vice President of the Corporation. Ms. Prakash has over 15 years of foreign exchange experience working with Mr. Pinna at FCE and CXI. Ms. Prakash’s background and experience has focused on strategic development, operations, and regulatory compliance and reporting. Prior to CXI, Ms. Prakash served as Chief Compliance Officer for Bank of Ireland’s FCE in both the United States and Canada. Additionally, while FCE was publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE:FXX), Ms. Prakash served as the Vice President of Operations for six years and as Chief Financial Officer for four years before the company was acquired by the Bank of Ireland.

Ms. Prakash received a Bachelor degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida and a Political Science degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.


Matthew Schillo

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Schillo is a graduate of the University of Akron with a Bachelors Degree in International Business. Prior to working for CXI, Matthew held positions as both Vaults Manager and as Vice President in charge of the Retail Division at Foreign Currency Exchange Corp. (FCE Corp). During his six year tenure with Bank of Ireland's FCE, his focus was on updating and improving operating procedure and security within both of these divisions in addition to leading their day-to-day operations.

As Vice President of Bank of Ireland's FCE's Retail Division, he trained and monitored the entire team in conjunction with FCE's Compliance Officer to ensure that all applicable US Treasury regulations were being followed on every transaction.


Peter Scherer

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Scherer was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AGF Trust Company and prior to that held a number of senior financial positions at AGF Management Limited. Mr. Scherer is active with several charities and community service organizations, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Mr. Scherer received his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.


Wade Bracy

Controller

Mr. Bracy is the company's Controller and is responsible for the accounting team, accounting processes, cash management, and preparation of the company's financial statements. Mr. Bracy has six years of experience in international finance and foreign exchange working in both equities and banking which includes three years at Bank of Ireland's FCE. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting with a minor in Economics.

Mr. Bracy has been instrumental in expanding the company hedging program using his vast foreign exchange experience so that exchange risk is minimized for the company, thereby allowing CXI to be competitive without unnecessary risk.


Khatuna Bezhitashvili

CAMS, Vice President, HR

Mrs. Bezhitashvili is responsible for managing the day to day running of the Human Resources unit covering all aspects of recruitment, HR Planning, training and development, appraisals, skills analysis, and adherence to company policy. Prior to joining CXI, Khatuna worked for Bank of Ireland's FCE as well as a major Orlando International Law Office specializing in International Business law. Mrs. Bezhitashvili graduated Suma Cum Laude in Economics (1999) from the Technical University of Georgia, earned a BA in International Affairs from Rollins College in 2005, and attained her MBA from Webster University in 2011.


Irene Vomvolakis

Operations Manager

Ms.Vomvolakis is responsible for the daily operations of the company. Her duties include customer service, shipping, logistics and overseeing the company’s retail branch locations.

Prior to becoming the Operations Manager, Irene worked for Bank of Ireland's FCE and as a Retail Branch Manager for CXI. She brings seven years of retail currency exchange experience, which helps CXI provide excellent support and service to its clients. Ms.Vomvolakis graduated Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University with a BA in Communications.


Paul Ohm

Network Administrator

Mr. Ohm is responsible for all hardware and networks throughout the company. He is relied upon to ensure the security and efficiency of the network, and its communication with CXI's retail locations and all hosting of CXI's websites.

Paul also secures and maintains CXI's local and public servers. He is also responsible for finding new ways to optimize the company's technological operation. Paul is an Information Systems Technology expert from the University of Central Florida with a knowledgeable background in Computer and Network Management.
