Official Rules
Participation in any Sweepstake(s) (individually or collectively, the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules (the “Official Rules”). Void where prohibited.
How To Enter
Complete our Travel Insights Survey by August 27, 2020. One entry per person. No purchase is necessary to participate or win and do not improve the odds of winning.
Start and End Date
Sweepstake entries will be accepted between 12:01am EST August 11, 2020 and 11:59pm EST August 27, 2020.
Eligibility Requirements
Participants must be 18 years of age and legal residents of the United States (50 states and the District of Columbia). Void where prohibited.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. The estimated odds of winning are 1:500.
Employees of CXI, its subsidiaries and immediate family members of anyone so situated are not eligible to win. “Immediate family members” shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related.
Limitation of Entries
One entry per person.
Description and Approximate Retail Value of Prize
The winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by any winner. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferrable.
Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by a random drawing. The winner will be notified by the email provided upon entry.
List of Winners
A list of winners for this Sweepstakes may be attained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope with the identity of the Sweepstakes inquiry to: Marketing Dept – CXI Corp 6675 Westwood Blvd Suite 300, Orlando, Florida 32821.
Restrictions on Receiving the Prize
Each winner will be subject to eligibility verification. Each winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within thirty (30) days of attempted notification. Failure to return these documents in the time specified or the return of the notification marked undeliverable will result in disqualification of the entry and an alternate winner will be selected from among the remaining entries, until a winner is designated.
Upon verification, a valid address must be provided that can receive domestic mail (continential U.S.A. address and Hawaii and Alaska) via FedEx. Once the winner has provided the address CXI will send the prize within thirty (30) days at which point, CXI is no longer liable for delivery of the prize. CXI is not accountable for errors in delivery due in part of FedEx, winner’s provided information, or any other circumstance.
Taxes
Any applicable United States federal, state and/or local taxes are the responsibility of each winner. The determination of liability for any United States federal, state and/or local taxes that may arise out of the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes (including the entrant’s receipt of any prizes), and the payment of any such tax liability, shall be the sole responsibility of the entrant.
Representations And Warranties Of Entrant
Entrant represents and warrants to CXI that: (a) he/she is over eighteen(18) years of age; (b) that participation in any sweepstakes or winning of a prize is not in violation of your local laws; and (c) he/she has read the Privacy Policy and agrees to its terms and conditions in their entirety.
How CXI Uses Demographic Information & Aggregate Data
CXI may use demographic information to tailor its website and material to the interests of its users. Demographic information is not shared with third-party advertisers and used only for internal information.
Release Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, entrant, for him/herself, and on behalf of any Child or third party agrees that Www.ceifx.com, its affiliates and its employees, members, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, its respective successors, assigns, agencies and licensees shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss or damage of any kind or any other causes of action or claims related to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prizes awarded including, without limitation, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of CXI, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, CXI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any Sweepstakes or any part of any Sweepstakes, and select the winner for the Sweepstakes from the entries received prior to the action taken, nullify Sweepstakes or award/not award prizes in other such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by CXI.
General Conditions
CXI is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified, or for other problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic, whatever the cause. Only fully completed entry forms actually received by CXI are eligible for Sweepstakes entry. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by CXI. CXI’s sole responsibility for any irregular entry is replacement with another entry in the Sweepstakes. If a potential winning entry is made by Internet, that potential winner may be required to provide CXI with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the registration information associated with the potential winning entry.
Should any part of these Official Rules be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
Disqualification
Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by CXI, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above reasons, CXI reserves the right to terminate entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.
Indemnification
You agree to release, indemnify and hold CXI, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective members, officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, licensors, suppliers, co-branders, attorneys and/or other partners, harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and settlement costs), damages, suits, costs, demands and/or judgments whatsoever, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (a) your use of the Sweepstakes and/or the Sweepstakes Website; (b) your breach of these Official Rules; and/or (c) your violation of any rights of another individual and/or entity. The provisions of this paragraph are for the benefit of CXI, its parent, subsidiaries and/or affiliates, and each of their respective members, officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, licensors, suppliers, co-branders, attorneys and/or other partners. Each of these individuals and entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
Additional Terms
CXI reserves the right in its sole discretion to supplement or make changes to these Official Rules at any time without notice. CXI reserves the right in its sole discretion to interpret the rules of this Sweepstakes, and such interpretation shall be binding upon all participants. CXI shall not be responsible for any administrative errors involved in the execution of this Sweepstakes.
