  • Call ahead to confirm your arrival time and the order in which you will be seen.
  • Once you arrive, greet security at the entrance and inform them you're looking for Treasure Trove at Suite 832.
  • Greet the IWG reception upon suite entry and let them know you (the guest) will call Marc to greet you from reception. Have a seat in the lounge until I or my assistant welcomes you back to my office.
  • Once done, you do not need to check out at reception. Please exit using the elevators.
